Welcome to Episode 135 of the NYCFC Nation Podcast. The last time we recorded was a week ago when NYC was about to face two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference. In the first match up against a handicapped Toronto FC, NYC played poorly and ended tied 2-2 giving up a second goal during stoppage time.
Then on Saturday, with Maxime Chanot not playing, Yangel Herrera given a double yellow by the 12th minute, David Villa and Frederic Brillant scored goals to take a 2-1 win against, at that time, the first place Chicago Fire Soccer Club.
We wrap up the show with a preview of the next match up against Toronto FC and throughout the podcast we throw in many of our Nation questions.
