We are so happy to have ChrisP back with us and he, of course, comes bearing big New York City FC Academy news! Stay tuned for a hint of this in the podcast and his blog post coming out very soon. With that said, we do take time to recap the 2-2 draw against the New England Revolution. You can read ChrisM’s recap here. We also discuss what the likelihood is we’ll see Ismael Tajouri-Shradi supplant the Roddy Wallace on the left-wing? Will Ben Sweat ever get a USMNT call up and should he? How Jesus Medina has impressed us in these four games. Most importantly, why does Patrick Vieira stubbornly refuse to substitute anyone out until they’re basically collapsing. Also where is Jonathan Lewis? We also preview the upcoming match on NYCFC’s schedule against San Jose Earthquakes, discuss who to watch for and what lineup we should expect to see.
